Multiple facets of business

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

Even the most simple of businesses would be perceived as having many fundamentally different yet inter-dependent components. Consequently it is only reasonable to expect that so should be their supporting architectures

All businesses are multi-faceted in nature with individuals generally being interested in particular, rather than all facets, at any one point in time. It is however not enough to consider the enabling technologies for a part of the business in isolation but to also examine the people, their motivations, external influencers (amongst other things) and their interrelationships when establishing a supporting architecture. Similarly it is also not sufficient to just explore the business drivers and process with looking at what the technology can delivery.

By recognising this a more complete picture of the business can be built from significant and varied knowledge bases providing increased overall value that caters for multiple needs.
